minor bug fix - serial no. 240801

Hello adventurers!

For existing players this is an optional update, but may be helpful if you are still in the first area of the game.  For new players this latest release will provide slightly smoother corners in a few situations.

Minor fixes/enhancements:

• The spider should not be relocated after the puzzle is solved. It does not need to go on a journey :)
• Hint about preposition use to disambiguate specific uses of the verbs talk and tie.
• Fix lack of feedback on a late game verb when using it on inappropriate objects.

If updating to this version from an existing play session, save files will not be compatible, restarting the game will be necessary.
